Squires Development is a local, independent property developer based in the South West. We are a small, dedicated and knowledgeable team based in the centre of Frome within close proximity to all of our projects, and we like to take a “hands-on” approach, so we are always around to assist our tenants, landlords and investors.

Marcus started Squires Development over 20 years ago, and has gradually built the business on a solid reputation for good quality new builds and conversions. His attention to detail and eye for spotting great opportunities has seen the business go from strength to strength. Marcus over see’s  every project from start to finish, ensuring that things run smoothly and are of the quality our clients have come to expect.

Emily has worked in the property sector for the last year and a half and looks after the ever expanding portfolio of residential and commercial let’s as well as assisting Marcus with current projects and the day to day running of the business.
